What should I do next in Life?!!!

What's Next?
At desperate times in life when things go out of our control, we come to the conclusion that no one can really understand or help. We tend to plan our whole life in our mind sketching out right from which college to attend, what career to pursue, what stream of higher studies to choose, whom to marry, when to marry and which country to settle and what business to do when we retire....whhoooop!!! The problem is, we never realize that God is still in control, we forget why we live and the reason for our existence on earth, we also forget that we were created for His purposes to declare His praises through the way we live like Jesus.

In the Bible, God says through prophet Jeremiah - chapter 29:11, For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

We need to only be still and know that He is God. When I was in such a moment, desperate to know what to do next in life, God spoke to me through His word from I Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time. I understood that it will only be a waste of time and energy if we go against His plans and when I surrendered all my desires and worries in prayer, I was so glad to receive the peace that cannot be explained from God. Knowing that He is in our boat even through the storm gives us a calm assurance to stay still. So all we have to do is stay warm under the shelter of the ALMIGHTY hand of God and He will lead us step by step in His time.

A beautiful song written by Jamie Grace goes like this, "All of the questions, secret confessions, Lord you'll make sense of it all, And I know you'll show up, so I'm letting go off, these thoughts that are taking control - This is the waiting",  this song can easily be related to most of us as it did to me. No matter what it is, He truly understands us and knows us in and out for He cares for us and will surely guide us.

So let us always be reminded that His timing is so beautiful and just perfect, and all along the way let's experience the beauty of waiting under His hands as He trains us for spiritual battle and teaches us to listen to His voice as we turn down world's volume and wait on Him.

Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance,  and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.Romans 5:3-5

All who trust in the Lord will never be put to shame - I thank God for always being faithful to us even when we are not!!!

Be Still, Be Humble, This is the Waiting!!!

How to Capture His/Her Heart?

How to Capture His/Her Heart? h-EAR-t The Ear - Is the Door! When two ears are put side by side, it forms the shape of the heart.Interestingly, the word 'ear' sits right in the middle of the word 'heart' (h-ear-t). The ear is the way to the heart. Two Ears! So, if you want someone's heart, learn to listen to him/her. If you want God's heart, learn to listen to His Spirit in your heart. It's rightly said.... Prayer is when God listens to you and  Bible reading and Meditation is when you Listen to God! Credits : Inspired by Whatsapp forward!

Invalid

Invalid? Speak life...! Are you feeling Invalid , with no value....? Don't you feel worried and anxious about being single for a very long time....! Are you left alone with no friends or fun because nobody values you? What's your age? How long have you felt empty and worthless? Relax and think with me as you have fun reading my storyboard that I just made referring John 5:2-9! Doesn't this man's history sound empathizing..? There are times when we too feel INVALID when being helpless, forgotten, disappointed, or on the verge of giving up to try any further, but for him, it was forever, he thought he can never make it and die in hopelessness and frustration. Just imagine putting your leg in his shoes...He was invalid for 38 years! Isn't that really long...yeah! He was lying by the side of a pool called Bethesda in Jerusalem just like that every morning and night, wishing to step into the pool right in time when the angel stirs, for the time of healing....
